Imran Khan, Pakistan's former prime minister, apologised in court on Thursday in an attempt to stay out of prison and avoid contempt charges. In a public rally last month, Khan told a female judge, 'We will not spare you'. His counsel Faisal Chaudhry told reporters, 'The court has ruled to indict him.' It's a vote by five member judges, according to the king.
