A boozed-up coach driver was banned from driving after sanking pinks of beer and shots in a bar. Ian Parker, 38, was so inebriated at the wheel that he waved at a policewoman who tried to flag him down after mistaking her for another driver trying to get past him. Parker had 26 previous criminal charges on his record, most of which were for drink-driving related offenses, according to investigators. Parker admitted to driving with excess alcohol and was sentenced to 16-week prison for 18 months at Warrington Magistrates' Court. He was also barred from driving for three years.
