Just one day after announcing that Young Sheldon's seventh season will premiere on Thursday, February 15, CBS has confirmed the show will end after that run. On Thursday, May 16, the Big Bang Theory spin-off, starring Iain Armitage as young genius Sheldon Cooper, played by Jim Parsons in CBS' The Big Bang Theory, will air in its one-hour series finale. The upcoming season is the last of a three-season revival for CBS' sitcom back in 2021.
