Since admitting to a confusing road sign blunder, Lambeth Council will be issuing refunds to over 1,000 drivers. At peak collection and drop-off hours for six months, cars were incorrectly barred from driving outside Henry Cavendish primary school in Balham, south west London. With hundreds of drivers suing against the bizarre legislation, some 1,635 drivers were issued with fixed-penalty notices for failing to adhere to these guidelines.
