After neighbors' trepidation and chaos, a rock festival hosted by a Euromillions jackpot winner at his £6.5 million mansion has been cancelled. The Cambridge Rock Festival, which draws about 2,000 revelers, is scheduled to take place in Adrian Bayford's Horseheath Lodge estate, which he bought after winning £148 million on the lottery in 2012. Since 2004, the festival has been held in various venues in Cambridgeshire, with Bayford, 52, staging it at his estate in the village Linton, Cambridgeshire, in 2017. Thunder, Uriah Heep, and Hazel O'Connor, among other notable performers, was due to attend the four-day festival from 3-6 August. However, visitors were left dissatisfied after festival promoters were compelled to cancel the festival due to Cambridge City Council's refusal to give it a licence.
