Professor Jonathan Shalit, Kemp's handler, said: "Their team checked out this OceanGate subpoena and stopped using it because it was not considered safe or suitable for use." According to The Sun, "I am just glad not to have had my newspaper note in history as the agent who killed Ross Kemp."
