Jack Wonfor, 22, (pictured) found the massive ammonite - a huge shelled creature - in an area on the Isle of Wight identified as 'Dinosaur Island'. The men recovered the fossil (right) from a rock and carried it across the beach to the car park in a rucksack with the help of a friend, Theo Vickers, 24.
