Maxwell Erskine (born 20 August 1979) is an English cook and television host.

Early years

Erskine was born in Wandsworth, Surrey, to model and actress Maria Josephine (daughter of Dr Josef Klupt, of Richmond, Surrey, born 1948), and Iain Maxwell Erskine, 2nd Baron Erskine of Rerrick (1926-1995, Wandsworth, London). She was the second of three children, all Wandsworth born.

Career

She studied at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London.

Erskine appeared on Channel 4's cookery show Cook Yourself Thin and later in 2011 the Channel 4's daytime program Cookery School. She has also appeared on Sky1's Taste and contributed to ITV1's This Morning, contributed to Healthy Food Guide magazine, and appeared on Sky1's Taste. She co-presents channel 4's cookery show Drop Down Menu with Matt Tebbutt. She has appeared on other television shows, including Cooks To Market and Iron Chef on Channel 4, as well as Cooks To Market and Iron Chef. Kitchen Magic and Skinny Weeks and Weekend Feasts are among her cookbooks as a food writer.

She joined The Sunday Times as the Sunday Times Cook in the newspaper's weekly magazine on July 14th.

Erskine, as well as Sydney Lima, co-host of the podcast Sex, Lies, and DM Slides. Celebrity guests such as Rose McGowan, Ruby Wax, Munroe Bergdorf, and Jon Ronson are encouraged to open their social media DM boxes each week.
