On Sunday, she was pictured on the set of 'Lo Show Dei Record', an Italian television show that highlights Guinness World Record holders. However, she was still regarded as the world's tiniest dog in August 2022, after she was revealed to be smaller than Milly, the previous record holder. Milly, who had a height of 3.80 inches (9.65 cm), was also a Chihua, and she happened to be Pearl's aunt.
