Nelly Furtado has confirmed she has been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The Canadian singer, 44, announced she had been diagnosed with the disease 18 months ago and has been using dance and choreography to 'deal with it in a natural way,' he told Fault Magazine.'
