Early life

Geoffrey Dickerson Golden was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on April 26, 1994, the son of a pastor, Eld. Kevin Dickerson Golden, of Glenville, COCHUSA, and his mother, Beverly Susan Golden (née, Moore), where he is the youngest, has two brothers and one sister. In 2012, he graduated from Cleveland Heights High School. He also served as the youth choir at East View United Church of Christ in Shaker Heights, Ohio. His collegiate musical career began at Morehouse College, Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated in 2016.

He began recording in 2014 with the win on Sunday Best, a gospel singing competition on BET, during season 7. Live from the Kingdom! This album was released in Irving, Texas, where Kirk Franklin hosted it, on August 7, 2015, with RCA Inspiration and Fo Yo Soul Recordings, and Fo Yo Soul Recordings.' This live album was his breakthrough release on the Billboard magazine charts, where it debuted at No. 21. The top Gospel Albums chart features four artists. "All of My Help" was the single released by the time, debuting at No. 1. On the Gospel Digital Songs chart, number 18 is the highest on the chart.
