In a moving new interview, Carla Vigo (right, and center at Letizia's wedding) - Queen Letizia of Spain's niece - has discussed the traumatizing consequences of her mother's suicide. Erika Ortiz Rocasolano, a now 23-year-old girl, died when she mother, Erika Ortiz Rocasolano (pictured together) died in 2007 at the age of 31. According to a post-mortem examination, she died as a result of an overdose of pills, perhaps tranquillizers. Carla said she was "abandoned" by her mother's death, and she openly discussed her anxiety ever since.
