Evan Michael Engram (born September 2, 1994) is an American football tight end for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL).
He played college football at Ole Miss and was drafted by the Giants with the 23rd pick in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

College career
Engram was a unanimous first-team All-SEC pick. He made 162 receptions for 2,320 yards, a 14.3 percent average, in his four-year appearance at Ole Miss. He had 15 touchdowns in his career. In the 2014 Egg Bowl, he had five catches for 176 yards, including an 83-yard reception. Engram also earned him the Cornely Trophy in his last year at Ole Miss, on 65 receptions.
Professional career
Engram was invited to the Senior Bowl and had a fruitful week. He was able to assist the South in defeating the North 16–15 and made one catch for ten yards. He attended the NFL Scout Combine and completed all of the mandatory combine drills. On April 3, 2017, he participated in Ole Miss's pro day and chose only to do positional drills and stand on his combined results. He was expected to be a first or second round pick in the draft, according to NFL draft experts and analysts. Sports Illustrated rated him as the second best tight end prospect in the draft, while ESPN, NFLDraftScout.com, Mike Mayock, and Bucky Brooks rated him as the third best tight end prospect in the draft.

Engram played for 577 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 11 games in his second season as a professional athlete. Due to a MCL tear and foot injury, he missed some time.
Engram had 11 receptions, 116 yards, and a touchdown in his first 100-yard game against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 1 35–17. As the Giants defeated 32-31, Engram intercepted six passes for 113 yards and a 75-yard touchdown in Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, catching his first NFL touchdown from rookie Daniel Jones. After missing the last five games, Engram was put on injured reserve with a foot injury on December 17. In eight games, he had 44 catches for 467 yards and three touchdowns.
