Ejegayehu Dibaba Keneni (born in Bekoji, March 1982) is an Ethiopian long distance runner. She is a member of the Oromo ethnic group of the Oromia Region's high-altitude Arsi Zone.

She is the third child of six children, Tirunesh and Genzebe are also international long distance runners, and her older brother Dejene is listed as a future celebrity.

Derartu Tulu is a double Olympic gold medalist (1992 and 2000) like her sister Tirunesh.

Ejegayu Dibaba, an Ethiopian long-distance runner from Oromia's high-altitude Arsi Zone, is an Ethiopian long-distance runner. She is the third child of six siblings. Tirunesh and Genzebe's younger sister are also international long-distance runners, while brother Dejene is regarded as a future star. Derartu Tulu, her cousin, is a double Olympic gold medalist (1992 and 2000) like her sister Tirunesh.

Ejegayehu won the silver medal in the 10,000 meters at the 2004 Summer Olympics, behind her sister who captured the gold in the final race.

In September 2010, she took second place in a 7 km run at the Memorial Peppe Greco, behind Sylvia Kibet.

Ejegayehu made her debut over the marathon distance at the 2011 Chicago Marathon, defeating Kayoko Fukushi by 2 minutes, 29 seconds in her marathon debut at 2:22:09, the third fastest debut time and a landslide victory. Ejegayehu Dibaba is 1.60 meters tall and weighs 46 kg.
