Following a fall in her Swiss home, Oscar-winning actress Sophia Loren underwent emergency surgery, according to her handler. According to her PR firm, the 89-year-old woman fell in her bathtub and sustained multiple'serious fractures' to various parts of her hip, including her femur, which required 'urgent surgery.' Both Loren's sons, Carlo and Edoardo Ponti, were at her bedside, according to Sophia's representative.
