Karim Dulé Hill (born May 3, 1975) is an American actor and tap dancer.
Burton "Gus" Guster, a USA Network television comedy-drama Psychiatric, served as personal aide and Deputy Special Assistant to Chief of Staff Charlie Young on NBC's The West Wing, for which he received an Emmy Award as Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
He has appeared in The Guardian, Holes, and She's All That, as well as a recurring role in Ballers.
Hill will appear on Suits as a regular cast member for season 8, after a recurring role in season 7.

Early life
Hill was born in Orange, New Jersey, to Jamaican parents and was raised in Sayreville, New Jersey. He studied ballet at a young age and appeared in the musical The Tap Dance Kid as Savion Glover's understudy on Broadway, a part of which he appeared on the show's national tour. Hill graduated from Sayreville War Memorial High School in 1993 and studied business finance at Seton Hall University and performing at William Esper Studio. While at Seton Hall, he took part in Jim Henson's CityKids.
Personal life
Nicole Lyn, a British actress, married Hill in 2004. There were no children at the time. Hill applied for a legal separation from Lyn in 2012, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason.
Hill announced on April 14, 2017 that she and Ballers co-star Jazmyn Simon engaged. Hill married Simon in early 2018 and later adopted her daughter. Hill and his wife announced the birth of their son in 2019.
Career
On the MDA telethon, 10-year-old Hill performed a tap dance number in 1985. When the music could not be found for his routine, telethon host Jerry Lewis aided in the orchestra's performance by making the orchestra perform another song while Hill performed. During his senior year of high school, he appeared in Sugar Hill for the first time. He appeared in Bringing in 'da Noise, Bring in 'da Funk on Broadway, while attending Seton Hall in college.
Hill appeared on The West Wing in 1999 as Charlie Young, President Josiah Bartlet's personal assistant, played by Martin Sheen. Charlie became a Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff during the sixth season of the series. Hill appeared on Charlie for six seasons before deciding to leave the show at the beginning of the seventh season (September 2005) to star in the newest television show Psych for the USA Network, which premiered on July 7, 2006. Hill, however, returned for the show's final episodes after it was announced that The West Wing would be ending in May 2006.
Hill appeared in the 1999 film She's All That starring Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachael Leigh Cook, both of whom he later reunited with on Psych as Sam the Onion Man (the movie itself was mentioned in the Psych episode "65 Million Years Offset) and The Guardian.
Hill appeared on Broadway from December 2011 to February 2012, and After Midnight in November 2013.
Hill, as a voice actor, appeared in the 2021 animated film Night of the Animated Dead, which was an adaptation of George A. Romero's eponymous book.
