Morten "Diesel" Dahl, born 19 June 1959 in Trondheim, Norway, is a Norwegian hard rock band formed in TNT. He began playing the drums at the age of 15, appeared in bands such as Burn, Edge, and Hotlips before he formed TNT with vocalist Dag Ingebrigtsen in 1982. "10,000 Lovers (In One)" was Dahl's first three TNT albums and co-wrote their biggest hit, before he left the band in 1989. *In the ensuing year, TinDrum formed the band TinDrum, who received a national number one hit with "Drums of War" earlier this year. Dahl started riding bikes in Trondheim and became their spokesperson in the early 1990s. He appeared in various bands, such as Diesel Dahl & Friends and Diezel, until he rejoined TNT in 2000. * He left the Hells Angels in 2005. Carina Dahl, his son, is a singer and glamour model.
