A marijuana user who was shot and killed in a police cell is banned from entering a whole life term and will die in prison. Louis De Zoysa, a gunman, was found guilty of murder last month after jurors were shown a sad CCTV video of the 26-year-old firing down Sgt Matt Ratana. After being struck by two bullets in a holding cell in Croydon, south London, in 2020, Sgt Ratana died in hospital despite the efforts of medical staff.
