Career
Suzy Gorman, a St. Louis fashion photographer, discovered Windsor when she was 14 years old. Windsor hired West Model & Talent Management in 2008. She began modeling for local St. Louis newspapers and fashion shows during high school. She worked in Los Angeles in 2009 as part of Vision Model Management, her second agency. Windsor obtained a New York IMG Models contract in 2010. Windsor left Europe and worked with IMG Milan and IMG London after high school graduation in 2012. During this period, she worked with magazines such as Gioia, Bullett, Point, and Creem.
Windsor walked her first fashion week for the Spring/Summer 2014 shows in New York City in 2013. In September 2013, Prada's walking for Prada was a career-changing moment for Windsor.
