On Monday, Bud Light was chastised for posting a GIF (left) of a frothing can of Bud open on Twitter with the caption: "The best beer is an open beer." The article was based on a video that was mercilessly mocked online for a female picnic-goer spooning huge pieces of melon into her mouth as wind sent paper plates and cans of Bud flying. Bud Light's April campaign with transgender influencer Mulvaney has cost the brand's parent company $22 billion in market cap (right) to date.
