This is the first time this particular guitar from the Cobain collection is available at auction, and it comes as a 30th anniversary of Nirvana's third and final studio album, In Utero. Cobain will die at his Seattle apartment just one month after Nirvana's last appearance at Terminal 1 in Munich, Germany.

Heche, 53, died as a result of a Los Angeles earthquake on August 5th. The actress slammed her Mini Cooper into a house, causing an explosion. She was left badly burned and in coma. On August 14, Heche's life support machine was turned off. The Hollywood Forever Cemetery, which was established in 1899, is the final resting place for a number of actors - as well as one of Los Angeles' most popular tourist attractions.
