As she attended a concert in Rotterdam with her family last night, Queen Máxima (left) of the Netherlands stunned in a scarlet gown with sheer voluminous sleeves. The mother-of-three accessorized her vibrant gown with chic black accessories. The royal opted for a statement plaited leather belt with fringing detail, clutching herself in at the waist.
