David Yarrow (born 8 February 1966) is a British fine-art photographer, conservator, and author.

He began shooting at Edinburgh University and was named Young Scottish Photographer of the Year at the age of 20. He covered the World Cup in Mexico for The Times in the same year (1986). Diego Maradona's photograph of him holding the trophy aloft was widely distributed in the media.

In 2000, Yarrow married Jane Martin, a public relations manager. The couple are now divorced. They have two children.
Career
Yarrow opted for a career in finance after graduating from Edinburgh University. He spent 8 years as an institutional stockbroker in UK equities, both in London and New York City. Yarrow was named Director of Equities at Natwest Securities in 1993, where he spent his time as a Director of Equities before he left to found Clareville Capital, a London-based hedge fund.
