Johanna Furtado, a New York woman, claims that her son Ryan was 'killed instantly' when his bike fell on top of her as he used leverage when getting up from the floor as part of an exercise regimen. Johanna says in the complaint that the bike collapsed and cracked an artery in January 2022, just a week before his 33rd birthday.
