Dave is 'in the trenches of it all,' he said at the Bolton Food and Drink Festival on Sunday as he thanked their followers for their 'ongoing assistance.' Dave, 64, who appeared on Strict Come Dancing in 2013, announced in May that he was receiving chemotherapy but that the prognosis is fine.'
