David Alan Douglas (born August 19, 1979) is a guitarist best known for his work in Christian rock band Relient K. Douglas, who formed the band after their former drummer, Stephen Cushman, died in late 2000. Douglas has been playing the drums and doing background vocals for the band for seven years. He has returned to playing in the band in a touring capacity as of 2014. His style often focuses on big snare hits on the beat and complex kick patterns. He performed a few solos for the band and also started Agnes, a side solo music project (see below for more). * Back in Relient K. Douglas's days as a guitarist for Ace Troubleshooter, his frontman was future Relient K bassist John Warne, who was also filling in as a guitarist. * Douglas also revealed another side project in summer 2006.
