In July 2016, Corporal Josh Hoole, 26, (left), collapsed near the end of an eight-mile annual fitness endurance test held on the hottest day of the year. He died within an hour. By 7 a.m., the temperature had already hit 20C (68F) in several parts of the nation, with some regions of the country experiencing temperatures that had already hit 30C (86F). Capt. Lou Hoole was 'fit, strong, and dependable,' according to an inquest into 2019, but the 41 soldiers, each carrying 25 kilograms (nearly four stones), were forced to flee, collapsing, or being removed from the march near Brecon, Wales, who were arrested. Phillip Hoole (right), who is fighting for revenge for his son's child, has received derogatory emails from a government prosecutor who has made a series of admissions.
