Duane Brown of the New York Jets has been put on IR and will miss at least four weeks due to a shoulder injury

After Mekhi Becton was hurt and well, much for the suggestion, the New York Jets signed all-pro left tackle Duane Brown to be a starter. Brown was put on the IR after he sustained his shoulder injury during Monday's workout. Week five is the earliest he'll be able to be ruled off IR for the Jets. Mike Garafolo, Brown, and doctors discussed many alternatives, including surgery, before he decided to try and repair the injury.
