Daniel "Cloud" Campos (born May 6, 1983) is an American dancer, director, choreographer, and occasional actor who was born in San Diego, California, and Orlando, Florida.
Early life
Cloud was first seen dancing as a b-boy when he was 11. Kevin "Deft-1" Campos, Kevin, was a boy who is also a b-boy and learned to break from him. He spent his youth in San Diego and then moved to Florida when he was 12. During his stay in Florida, he performed with the Extreme acrobatics dance crew and became a member of the Skill Methods b-boy crew, which was established in 1995 in Tampa under the name B-Boy Connection. In a 2011 interview with KoreanRoc.com, he outlined what his b-boy name means. www.google.com

The Next Hype, a British website, published an article about Cloud's appearances in two commercials by rivals Apple and Microsoft in October 2012. Cloud was featured as the lead dancer in a Microsoft Surface commercial directed by Jon M. Chu in 2012, making it viral on YouTube. He appeared in an iPod Nano commercial announcing the model's fifth generation's arrival three years ago, and praises the addition of a video camera. Although The Next Hype expressed disappointment that after Apple used [Cloud] as a figurehead for your new product, it was not the only time Cloud worked with either business. He has appeared in numerous iPod commercials and print advertisements dating back to 2004, and in another Jon Chu-directed Microsoft commercial that promoted the Surface Pro model in 2013.
Film career
When he was 17 years old, Cloud first became interested in filmmaking. In an alleyway at Universal Studios Florida, he made his first short film (called The Paperboy). He posted the film on YouTube and after receiving positive feedback, he decided to continue filmmaking. At the 2005 Filmerica Challenge, his short film Heaven Awaits received the Grand Prize. He raised over $50,000 in individual contributions through Kickstarter to finance a musical called Today's the Day in 2011.
Cloud produced the music videos "Stay the Night" by Zedd and "Now" by Paramore in 2013. He co-directed and co-choreographed the music video for Laura Welsh's "Cold Front" with his then wife Tamara Levinson-Campos (with the two being divorced). Levinson-Campos is also the best female dancer in the film. After being uploaded on Cloud's YouTube channel, the website selected "Cold Front" as a Staff Pick.
Cloud produced "Salt" by Bad Suns' video in November 2014. Panic's music video was directed by Cloud! "Emperor's New Clothes," "This Is Gospel," and "Say Amen" are among the Disco's "Saturday Night)" programs. Levinson-Campos choreographed "This is Gospel" also choreographed.
