Christian Vidal (born April 26, 1972 in Zárate, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina) is an Argentine guitarist, member of the symphonic metal band Therion.
He has so far released two solo albums.
Life and career
Christian Vidal was born in Zárate, Argentina's Buenos Aires Province. He began playing guitar at the age of eight.
Enrique Gomez Yafal, a former Kamikaze vocalist, formed the heavy metal band Cuero in 2001. Cuero performed on numerous tours around Argentina and released two albums, "Cuero" (2000) and "Heavy Metal" (2004).
In 2005, Christian released his solo album "El Viaje." He mixed instrumental rock with various indigenous Argentine styles like Folklore and Tango. He had toured Spain with the album twice before.
Eric Martin, the band's former Mr. Big vocalist, received a role in The Road Vultures in 2007. The Road Vultures have already toured around South America and India with him. Charlie Giardina (bass) and Pablo Garrocho (drums) were among the other participants.
