During a press conference Monday morning, Jacksonville Beach Police said a bystander was struck by gunshots outside the Best Western Hotel near the boardwalk. A second shooting was confirmed less than 30 minutes after a gunman opened fire in the Ritz Bar parking lot. In this shooting, no one was injured. In a third shooting that broke out near Sneakers Bar, involving three criminals who displayed guns, one individual was killed. It's unclear if the deceased was a criminal or a innocent bystander.
