Chloe Gill, a licensed fraudster, 20, was inebriated when an argument erupted at a house in Chaddesden, Derby, and she assaulted the perpetrator with a sword and left the house. A child was also present at Gill's sentencing hearing when she started the assault, two years after she smashing a glass over someone's head in a pub row, according to Derby Crown Court.
