Life and career

McKinney was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. McKinney, who describes herself as "a curvier bombshell with big boobs," pursued a modeling career, but had trouble finding success with an agency. She became "Insta-famous" in Esquire shortly after opting to rely on Instagram for a portfolio and was profiled on Esquire. McKinney cites the social media platform as a factor in her subsequent success, which includes campaigns for the fashion brand Guess. She opted for Wilhelmina Models. She has appeared in editorials for Social Life, Men's Health, and Vanity Fair, among other fashion publications, including Jezebel, Ocean Drive, Galore, and Miami Life.

McKinney was the featured model in Carl's Jr.'s All Natural Burger commercial, which was released online in January 2015 and aired nationally during Super Bowl XLIX. McKinney appeared in a bikini eating the All Natural Burger, with her saying she is "all natural" and using double entendres to suggest she is naked with strategically placed items in the market.
