According to Hull Crown Court, Adrian Taylor, 52, appeared at the home of businesswoman Caroline Grant and warned of'repercussions' if she spoke out against his lover. Spencer, 45, made her husband Richard Spencer Spencer's life a living hell by beatings and bullying that left him cowering on the ground in the wrong posture. She was sentenced to four years in February for what a judge described as "the worst case of controlling and coercive behaviour I have seen." A Hull Crown Court heard that after Spencer's detention last year, Taylor, a father of six, told Ms Grant she would be lining up as a witness in the lawsuit.
