Caroline Mary Ghislaine Atkins (born in Burges Hill, England) is an English cricketer and member of the English women's cricket team.

She was a member of the Ashes family bandwagon in Australia when they were on tour in 2008. Atkins is a Chance to Shine coaching ambassador for the Children's Hill Girls, an all-girls private school in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

International career

Foster and Arran Brindle formed a 200-over-Distance partnership in January 2002 at K. D. Singh Babu Stadium, Lucknow, setting a new record for the first wicket in women's Test cricket.

In 2008, Foster was a member of the Australian side who retained the Ashes.

Foster and Sarah Taylor shared a partnership of 268 against South Africa at Lord's in August 2008, a new record for any wicket in women's One Day Internationals. Foster was disqualified for 145, her highest international cricket ranking.

Foster was a member of the England team that triumphed both the World Cup and World Twenty20 in 2009.

Coaching career

Foster is employed by the Cricket Foundation as a Chance to Shine coaching ambassador and a mentor at Queen's College, a private school in Taunton, Somerset. She was the head coach of Western Storm in the 2016 Women's Cricket Super League.
