Carol Lawrence Life

Carol Lawrence (born Caroline Laraia; 1932) is an American actress who has appeared in musical theatre and on television.

She is best known for her appearance on Broadway in the musical West Side Story (1957), receiving a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical.

She appeared in many musicals, including Funny Girl at The Muny, St. Louis.

Rawhide to Murder She Wrote, she appeared in many television dramas, including Rawhide to Murder She Wrote.

She was married to fellow performer Robert Goulet.

Personal life

Lawrence married three times:

Lawrence and Goulet married when they were both Broadway actors; their romance was portrayed in the news as a fairy tale. Carol Lawrence, 1990, The Backstage Story, she accused Goulet of being an addict husband and father.

Lawrence, a registered Democrat, was accompanyed by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairman John Bailey, DNC Vice Chairwoman Margaret B. Sullivan, who is accompanied by a registered Democrat. Price, Dorothy Vredenburgh Bush, Lena Horne, Richard Adler, and Sidney Salomon, DNC Secretary, on a visit to President John F. Kennedy at The White House on November 20, 1963, two days before his assassination.

Lawrence is a member of the Bel Air Presbyterian Church of Bel Air.
