A mansion is being sued by a landlord for $300,000

Danny Fitzgerald has sued five members of the Hype House for a reported $300,000 worth of damage to his Weidlake Drive home. He sued Thomas Petrou, Cole 'Lil Huddy' Hudson, as well as Mia Hayward, Calvin Goldby, and Patrick Huston. Fitzgerald filed a countersuit claiming that the company promised to compensate him $10,000 a month over a 40-month period for the harm. He said they have only been paying him $2,500 a month since January 2021. He is now requesting that the remaining balance be paid in full.
