With Revolver magazine, the 50-year-old California native musician spoke about many topics, including that he is'still healing' following his cancer treatment. He told the publication: 'Cancer is just the cherry on top of an interesting time period, you know? I'm so grateful that I'll get through this.' He did not specify what kind of cancer it was, but did mention that the surgery to remove it was fruitful and that he is in the process of healing.
