Palin took to Instagram on Wednesday to post a snapshot of herself wearing a compression bra with surgical drains (left). She explained that she had undergone her ninth breast reconstruction surgery the day before. The real estate agent said she had botched breast reduction when she was 19 (top right) and was left with muscle tissue damage and 'terrible scarring.'

Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer, the ex-husband, are now speaking out about their separation.
