Bridgette Caquatto Career

Junior career

In 2007, Caquatto's first national competition was the United States Classic, in which she placed 19th in the all-around. She placed second in the all-around and on vault at her last competition as a junior at the 2009 National Championships, and in the top ten on the other events.

Senior career

Caquatto was disqualified from major tournaments in 2010 due to a string of injuries. She appeared in the U.S. Classic and National Championships this year, achieving top ten finishes. She performed watered-down vaults to avoid re-injuring her knee, and the uneven bars made her best show.

Her first international service as a senior was the 2011 City of Jesolo Trophy in Italy, where she placed in the top ten on every category. She was on the podium with the Pan American Games in Guadalajara later this year and went on to win individual gold medals in both the all-around and uneven bars.

College career

Caquatto joined the Florida Gators gymnastics team in the fall of 2012, along with her sister, Mackenzie. She competed on vault, uneven bars, and floor exercise during her college years, and she helped the Gators win NCAA national championship titles in 2013 and 2014.
