The 35-year-old was extradited from Indianapolis to Ross County, Ohio, where records show he is being detained on criminal charges involving a minor and unlawful use of a minor in nudity-oriented substance. According to CNN, Novak, who was arrested by US Marshals while participating in the tournament earlier this month, is due for a pre-trial hearing on March 21.
