Keira Knightley is back in time once more — this time to a particularly scary period of history: the Boston Strangler, a serial killer who was feared as the Boston Strangler. The first trailer for the film "Boston Strangler" debuted on Feb. 21nd, and Knightly plays journalist Loretta McLaughlin, who was among the first to realize there was a connection between a string of murders. She's on her way to becoming the Boston Strangler, which would make her a serial killer.
According to Biography, the Boston Strangler killed at least 11 people between 1962 and 1964. Albert DeSalvo, a man who was not arrested and was discovered dead in his cell in 1973, but later admitted to the murders when already in jail. He was the killer in 2013 as per New Scientist, DNA tests eventually established that he was the perpetrator.
