On Thursday, customers in Ballina Central Maccas, 30 kilometers north of Byron Bay, took to social media to protest the store's regular 35-minute preparation times. Hundreds said, 'enough is sufficient' for the Bangalow Road restaurant (main) which has been known for its slow service and understaffing during busy times. The person who opened the tirade said they had requested for guidance on several occasions and that they had "not once have they been there."
