For an all-star installment of their hit film Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, veterans of the Teen Mom franchise will be returning to small screens. Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 have teamed up to chronicle the next step in their lives in the forthcoming MTV series, which is scheduled to premiere in September 6.
