Authorities in Puerto Rico have arrested the woman who opened fire and shot two NYU students outside a club. On Monday, Marangelys Claudio surrendered to police in the town of Caguas. On video, the 31-year-old was seen surrounded by two men who were trying to calm her down before she raised her handgun in the air before she discharged it.
