Early and personal life
Anna Kuzenkova was born in Sochi, Russia, to Natalia and Denis Kuzkov. When she was nine years old with her parents, her sister, and her grandparents, she and her family immigrated to Israel in 2010. The family lived in Ashdod, and for a short time she was learning Hebrew. Her parents and her father were divorced, and her father returned to Russia, where she stayed on Sochi Olympics; her older sister served in the Israeli military at the time. Zak attended Mekif Hey High School in Ashdod. The surname "Zak" she uses was chosen as a shorter catchy stage name. Her father is Jewish.
