One of basketball's all-time greats was supposed to appear in a revival of a famous 80's sitcom, but unfortunately died just days before the shooting took place. Two stars of Peacock's revival of Saved by the Bell announced that Kobe Bryant would appear in the pilot episode. Bryant died in a helicopter crash with his daughter Gia and seven others before that took place in January of 2020.
