When they were'removed' from the plane, the family of six was scheduled to fly from London Heathrow to Dubai for a 10-day trip on BA Holidays. Alice Smith, Mum-of-two (not her real name), tells MailOnline Travel: 'Our holiday we had been looking forward to [was] destroyed.' The treatment we received was horrific.
