Following an accident that put him in the hospital, Latin superstar Eugenio Derbez is expected to have surgery. In an Instagram post on Monday, the 60-year-old CODA actor's wife Alessandra Rosaldo, 50, announced that he would need to have a "very complicated" surgery followed by a 'long recovery' period. Rosaldo did not specify what happened that caused Derbez to end up in the hospital in the first place.
