Jordan and Alanna Masterson, their older brother, were granted leniency for their younger brother, Joe Reaiche, who was convicted of raping Danny as a parent survivor. In an interview this week, Reaiche, a former pro rugby league player-turned-scientologist who worked with Masterson's mother in the 80s, said he'd consider suing his children over the letters and then accusing the Clearwater Church of 'brainwashing.' The remarks, delivered to The Daily Beast, were eerily similar to Reaiche's remark that all of his Scientologist children disowned him after he was excommunicated in 2005. Judge Charlaine Olmedo, 36-year-old Jordan and 35-year-old Walker's father left them 'for all intents and purposes' when they were six and four years old, causing Masterson, who then 16, to step up.
